• ProjectBB Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 15/08/2025 
   

• By purchasing BB Coins (“the Service”) or participating in the ProjectBB platform (“the Game”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any purchase or engaging with the ProjectBB community.

 

Account Responsibility:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that the correct Account ID is entered during the purchase process. BB Coins are non-transferable and are delivered to the Account ID provided at the time of purchase. We cannot reverse transactions, recover BB Coins, or transfer them between accounts if incorrect details are submitted.

 

Delivery Time:

• In most cases, BB Coins are delivered instantly upon successful payment. During periods of high traffic, delivery may take up to 2 hours. If you do not receive your purchase after this time, you must contact our support team with your order details.

 

Refund Policy:

• Purchases of BB Coins are considered digital content under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of BB Coins and acknowledge that this waives your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. All purchases are therefore final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Refunds may still be available in the following circumstances: Fraudulent transactions (unauthorised use of payment methods). Purchases made without the bill payer’s permission. Purchases made by individuals under the age of 18 without consent from a parent or guardian. Where the digital content is faulty or not as described. Any refund granted may require proof of circumstances.

 

Account Termination and Asset Removal:

• We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or permanently remove your account and any associated digital assets (including BB Coins) if you are found to have breached our rules or engaged in conduct harmful to the community or service. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to: cheating, exploitation, harassment, abuse, or illegal activity within or related to our platform. In most cases, we will issue a warning or conduct an investigation before taking permanent action. However, in cases of serious misconduct, we may act immediately. Removal of assets or termination does not entitle you to compensation, unless required by UK law.

 

Digital Asset Disclaimer:

• BB Coins are a limited, revocable licence to use certain features or digital items within the ProjectBB platform. BB Coins are virtual digital assets with no intrinsic or real-world monetary value. BB Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, or any other form of currency outside our platform, except where we explicitly permit otherwise. Ownership of BB Coins grants no property rights or legal interest outside of our platform.

 

Game Environment & Administrative Authority:

• ProjectBB is an online game and community environment. Participation is a privilege, not a right. By using our services, you acknowledge that: The game, its features, and all related digital assets are fictional and hold no enforceable value outside the platform. All gameplay experiences, rules, and enforcement actions are part of this environment. Administrator Decisions: Any disciplinary action (including suspensions, bans, or removal of digital assets) taken by ProjectBB administrators is considered binding within the platform. All such actions are reviewed extensively by the administrative team before enforcement. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under UK law. If you disagree with the rules or administration of the ProjectBB game, your sole remedy is to cease use of the platform and associated services.

 

Use of Discord:

• Official support and community interaction take place primarily through our ProjectBB Discord server By joining the Discord server, you agree to comply with: Discord’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Our community rules and moderation decisions. We are not responsible for personal information you choose to share publicly within Discord. If you lose access to Discord, you may contact our support team through alternative channels that we provide. Failure to follow Discord or ProjectBB rules may result in removal from the server, suspension of account access, and/or loss of digital assets.

 

General Terms:

• By completing a purchase or participating in ProjectBB, you confirm that you: Are 18 years of age or older, or have permission from a parent/guardian or bill payer. Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Accept full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of your account information during purchase. We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be effective upon publication. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

Severability:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

Entire Agreement:

• These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ProjectBB with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
